Truth
how one Jew approaches it

Let's take Judiasm.  Start by recognizing a G-d who is all-powerful and
realize His attributes and what He wants (which is relatively the same
through all religions), well maybe "what He wants" is different.  To
everyone there is ONE religion and the other religions are for
idol-worshippers.  You're job is to search for the right one, but how
do you know which one is right.  You might be choosing the wrong
religion.  Christians say worship Jesus, Muslims say worship Allah, but
what I say is (I'm Jewish) recognize the spiritual side of G-d and how
to conduct yourself in a moral way of life.  According to the Old
Testament, a nonJew is not required to observe all the Jewish laws (ex.
Kosher), but if he follows 7 simple laws (Noachide laws) he can go to
heaven.  So start from there and instead of choosing one religion over
the other worship a spirit G-d.
